My 12 year old car looked brand new when I picked it up having been carefully washed and waxed etc... How nice to be in my gorgeous car with it looking so nice! I have been to a few other detailing or touchless car wash places in the area, but they do not compare to this place. I personally found this place to be a good bang for your buck compared to lot of places I have found in the area, needless to say, I am not taking my business elsewhere even if I live 60-80 miles away. I have addressed drinks spilled on seats and carpet does not seem to get cleaned properly in other places and somehow they're still there, this place on the other hand did do a great job. It is in downtown Bethesda, so the location is great, depending on what service you may need, it is good enough to have a little outing with the wife or family while it's getting detailed. None of the standard services were right for what I needed, but they worked with me on an affordable option that would put my car in a good light. They underpromised and overdelivered. The car looked better than it had in years. And I sold it within two days of listing it on FB Marketplace and Craigslist. It only took them one day. It was an amazing job. The price they told me before the job started was within $20 of what the price was by the end of the job and they cleaned the outside of the car and it was done exactly in the time frame that they told me when I dropped the car off If you're getting any cleaning done on your car, I don't know why you would go anywhere else

Amazing work by an amazing team! I ended up coming here because I was unable to get my new truck detailed the day of delivery due to the rain. I drove out to Thursday yesterday and this team did not disappoint. I understand now why Koons Lincoln contracts with them. They got my vehicle so clean, it didn’t look like I had a front windshield! The prices are extremely reasonable. My truck is a full size SUV and for the quality of work, coming in at just under $100 for a full detail is quite impressive. I saw Bethesda Auto Detailing's great location in Downtown Bethesda when my family stayed at the Hilton Hotel right next to it... I had been wanting to get my car detailed for months and decided to choose them because of their great setup, location, and ease of use of the service just by dropping off the car in their garage... I have owned my 2014 Mustang GT for 3 years and had always want to get it detailed since I bought it in Spring 2021... When I picked up the car in the afternoon after dropping it off, I could see in the distance walking towards it how amazing it looked! Then, when sitting inside and looking all over, it looked emaculate and honestly even better and newer looking than when I picked it up from the Ford dealership 3 years ago... I could not be happier with the result of how it looks, how amazing the service was with scheduling and dropping the car off, and also the price! The full Bumper-To-Bumper package was an amazing deal and I recommend anyone looking for a long lasting new car feel should get it... Bethesda Auto Detailing is amazing! I went in for a full bumper to bumper and there were stains that were over 8 years old and they got them all out. My car has not looked this clean since I bought it and I could not be more happy and impressed. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful and the location was very easy to find. I’m Active Duty Army and PCSing out of the country so in order to have the military ship it, I needed a thorough and extensive detail inside and outside of my car that hasn’t been washed probably in a few years (don’t judge me lol). Bethesda Auto Detailing did a fantastic job. When I say I haven’t seen my car this clean in years, I’m not playing or exaggerating. Not a speck was left, it looks like it just came off the lot, aaaaaand they told me if I notice something before I have to turn it in to come back and they will fix it. I was originally booked for Saturday but saw it was going to rain so called them Friday afternoon and they squeezed me in. After months of hearing all the great things about this place, I finally took my car in and was astonished at how great of a job they did with cleaning my car. It was super easy to find. They have plenty of signage to guide you through the garage. Service was top tier.  I got the Complete Bumper to Bumper and it was totally worth it. My car hasn't been this clean since I drove it off the lot 5 years ago! They were able clean unreachable areas between and under the seats, got all the grime and salt from the snow off my car and even washed my kids car seat cover. Risara, Tom and the staff were friendly, delightful and attentive to my every need. They called me when my vehicle was ready to be picked and upon my arrival they walked with me, showing me all the different areas they cleaned, especially cleaning under the hood. 100% recommend. Brought in my GRC for the basic $50 wash with the odor removal option as well. Staff was extraordinarily nice and easy to talk to. Saw lots of nice cars when I went in (RS6, Taycan, etc…) Fair pricing, plenty of availability, and did a knock out job. Wouldn’t hesitate to send a friend here. Will be back for sure.
